Just to keep moving from the last post… Meet one of my bestfriends Mike, AKA Ill Sanchez. I’ve spent some amazing nights with him barely coherent, doing everything from showering empty beer bottles from a rooftop in brooklyn, shoveling vomit out of his parents sink, tearing bushes straight from the ground, and emptying almost an entire hotel room’s contents off of a 5th floor balcony. I’ve since calmed down quite a bit, and so has he… check out some of the solo tunes he’s been writing… I guarantee you’ll enjoy them.
Way back when, I had the unbelievable chance to hit the road for 2 months with some dear friends in a band called I Am The Avalanche. Though alot of it was a blur, I can firmly say it was probably some of the best days of my life. These guys have been working their asses off for years now, and after setback after setback with their Label, have still managed to write some amazing music. Check out the vid below, and go see them next time they are in town.

The blog is looking more like an events page these days because I’ve been so busy with work, but hey at least the flyers have been nice to look at! Next up is tomorrow night at the Jewish mother. I know you lost your skate team, and you only make shoes for sneaker hunting asians, and mall/hood rat teenagers, but please for the love of god find a way to bring these back to your lineup. My kickflips will thank you a million times over.

I never made a post about the Influx that I played at. It was a blast, the turnout was good, and I have to say Chris is really on the hustle with that night. I’ll be spinning again REAL soon, so stay tuned for details. I was obviously busy the whole time and didn’t get any photos, but my man Howard made a nice post with some.

Had a good time at United Blood. It was good to see and hang with some peeps I don’t usually get to interact with, and its always good to spend time with my brother. During the Cromags set, Nate caught a foot to the face and broke his nose. Here are some shots my boy Nick caught of him post nose break, and also as Craig Setari is setting it.
